According to the law, its main governing bodies are:</p> <ul> <li> <p><strong>General Assembly:</strong> The Bureau's highest decision-making body.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Internal Audit Function:</strong> This function reports to both the General Assembly of Members and the Audit Committee.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Administrative Council:</strong> Oversees the Bureau's work and makes strategic decisions.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Executive Director:</strong> Manages daily operations and implements the decisions of the Administrative Council.</p> </li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h3><strong>Departments</strong></h3> <ul> <li> <p><strong>Legal, Administration, and Training:</strong> Handles legal matters, administrative management, and staff professional development.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Green Card and MoU Department:</strong> Manages obligations arising from membership in the Green Card system.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Border Insurance Department:</strong> Responsible for insuring foreign vehicles at the border and managing the border sales points.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Information Center Department:</strong> Handles the distribution of information and communication with the public and stakeholders.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Finance and Accounting Department:</strong> Plans and manages the organization&rsquo;s finances and liquidity, prepares and reports financial statements in accordance with applicable standards and regulations, ensures legal and regulatory compliance, and guarantees financial transparency and accountability.</p> </li> </ul>
