Kosovo Insurance Bureau (KIB), Prishtina, invites interested parties to submit offers for:
ORGANIZATION OF A PUBLIC AWARENESS CAMPAIGN ON THE USE OF THE EUROPEAN ACCIDENT REPORT
Offers, in a sealed envelope marked “Offer for Marketing Services” and with the bidder’s name, must be submitted by email to [email protected].
To qualify, companies must:

Submit the required legal documentation – business registration certificate and company information.

Provide the necessary VAT documentation (if VAT registered).

Submit a financial offer inclusive of VAT.

For prices that do not indicate VAT separately, it will be assumed that VAT is included in the total price.

Ensure the validity of the offer is at least 1 month from the date of submission.

Submit references and contracts for similar previous work.

Note that KIB reserves the right to request additional information from bidders.

Be aware that offers submitted after the deadline will not be considered.

Incomplete offers that do not contain all required documentation will not be evaluated.

KIB reserves the right to cancel or amend this tender at any time.

The request must be accompanied by information on similar projects carried out in the recent period.
The final deadline for submitting offers is 30 September 2025.
